The Vespa represented a very important milestone for millions of very young people. But perhaps it would not have entered the collective imagination without a movie that made history: Roman Holiday:

Today many Vespa fans are over 60 and they invent excuses to find each other and to go around with these jewels that they hold close to the heart. In the month of April in Tuscia in Fiore 2022, these vintage bikes will be the protagonists and will make their appearance in every events. One of the dates, April 9, is included in the national calendar of Vespa clubs throughout Italy. We will see some beautiful ones, sort of along with the years but in great shape as the enthusiastic owners  keep them as the most precious of treasures.
