La Tuscia is often as in the photo. A sweet undulating surface with a part cultivated by man and the rest caressed by millennia of successive sedimentations on the volcanic base. These fields have offered exceptional products such as olive oil, the inherited pride of the local population. see also https://www.tusciainfiore.it/en/walks-and-nature/

This is still produced as it was centuries ago. The industrial plans, fortunately for us, have never concerned Tuscia. Clear streams and lakes where children play safely are  an integral part of an ever-changing and captivating landscape.

In recent years, also attracted by competitive prices, many foreigners have moved in to Tuscia. Perhaps the main reason is the abundant sulphurous water that has always provided enjoyment to the Lucky ones. Michelangelo Buonarroti wrote about the miraculous waters that soothed his pains. Inside the natural hot springs of Roman origin, he also drew and wrote a poem dedicated to the place. The baths most congenial to him were those of “Bacucco”, now almost completely disappeared.

Dante too remained so impressed by Tuscia that he described it into the divine comedy many times. According to some, the scenarios of hell are typical of areas rich in sulphurous water and ius fumes. The “dark forest” by someone referred to as the cimina forest is another of the images that he probably got from this land, certainly the bullicame as itself and so on.

The most intriguing aspect of these lands is the centuries-old lack of attention on the part of Italian industrial plans, Tuscia probably appears today as it did to Dante. In the painting by Sebastiano del Piombo, Michelangelo’s pupil,  preserved in the civic museum of Viterbo, many see the typical scenarios of bullicame as it stands in the current landscape.

Today and forever Tuscia has a very strong naturist vocation. Both to continue to attract visitors from all over the world but above all to give a stellar quality of life to the often unaware  lucky inhabitants.

For the visitor who happens to visit these hidden lands between Rome and Tuscany are pleasant and inviting. For those who stop by, this is the homeland that everyone is looking for where you eat and drink well, breathe better and at every corner a surprise makes it for a wonderful life.

Marturanum park is perhaps the best example of unspoiled nature but the whole of Tuscia is full of scenic wonders. Tuscia in Fiore, in April 2022, will be the perfect opportunity to tour these lands accompanied by the mild climate and constant surprises in every direction.
